Everything about the evening has been chosen with care: the hall, the flowers, the kosha, the music for the zaffa. And then it ends. By morning the flowers on the tables have been cleared away, the photographs have gone to phones, and in a season full of weddings, one beautiful night starts to look like the next.

Your families have welcomed every guest in that room. What each of them carries home is the last thing they receive from you, and the one thing from the night they can keep. It should be worthy of the day.

The Memento

What your guests take home

We call it the Memento: a real rose, preserved at the peak of its bloom, on a velvet base, under a clear acrylic lid that keeps the dust away. Each one is assembled by hand in the Netherlands, piece by piece. There is nothing to water and nothing to tend. Kept out of direct sunlight and moisture, it stays beautiful for years. Direct sun fades its colour over time, though the rose itself does not wilt.

On the front, in gold foil: your names, your wedding date, or both, or a line of your own, in Arabic or in English. On the back sits the Bloomissimo logo, or, by arrangement and for a supplement, your own monogram or no logo at all. Each one arrives finished, ready to be handed to a guest.

A hat box on each table, its roses in your colours and your names in gold on the front. Unlike fresh arrangements, they don’t wilt by the end of the night. When the evening is over, each table’s box can go home with a family member or a guest of honour.

One idea: a box of 12 or 19 roses on each guest table, and a larger one, of 52–55 or 92–100 roses, beside the kosha.

Several celebrations, one order

Your khotoba, katb el-kitab, henna and wedding can share one order, with a different wording or size for each. Everything is made together and arrives in one delivery, so we plan from the date of your first celebration.

Keepsakes and hat boxes each have their own minimum: they are not added together to reach one.

Design it, or simply tell us.
In our 3D atelier you choose the size, rose colour, velvet and foil, then type your names to see them in gold. Your design comes with your enquiry, or you can send it on WhatsApp. Not ready to design yet? Send us your date, your city and your colours.

Your proof, your price, your date.
On WhatsApp we send you a digital proof with your names exactly as they will appear in foil, together with your price and your delivery date. The proof is free, and two rounds of corrections are included. Arabic names are checked by a native speaker before anything is produced. Nothing is made until you approve in writing; a WhatsApp message is enough.

You hold a sample first.
Next, we make one finished keepsake in your design, so you can see the colours in daylight and check every letter. The sample costs €50, paid in advance. We arrange its shipping and import to you from start to finish, and the full €50 is credited against your order.

You approve, and we begin.
When you are happy with the sample, tell us in writing; WhatsApp is fine. You then pay 50% by bank transfer, in euros, on receipt of our invoice. We let you know when production starts. Until then, your guest numbers can still change by up to 10%, because guest lists rarely settle early. The balance is due before shipping.

Assembled by hand, shipped to your door.
Your keepsakes are assembled by hand in the Netherlands and shipped door to door to Egypt; the shipping is included in your price. You are the importer: Egyptian import duties and taxes are charged to you on arrival, by customs or the courier, before the parcel is handed over. We agree a delivery date at least three weeks before your wedding, so there is time to check everything. Spares with your names come with every order of keepsakes.

What you choose

On the front: your names, your date, or both, or a line of your own, in gold or antique gold foil, in Arabic or in English. Groom first or bride first: the order is yours. The online preview takes up to 24 characters. Longer lines and other typefaces, including for Arabic, we work out with you. Arabic names are checked by a native speaker before production.
On the back: the Bloomissimo logo. Your own monogram instead (sent to us as an .svg file), or no logo at all, is possible by arrangement, for a supplement.
The lid: clear acrylic.
The rose: 39 colours, with finishes such as pearl, satin and metallic.
The velvet: twelve shades in stock, or the closest match to a Pantone colour of your choice.
Other materials: instead of velvet, the base can also be covered in leather, nubuck, velour, Alcantara or suede, among others.
The hat box: five sizes, from 7 to 100 roses, as the Regina (suede) or the Bellissima (textured linen board), and in other colours on request. Your names on the front; on the back the Bloomissimo logo, or, by arrangement and for a supplement, your own monogram or no logo.

One price, shipping included

We don’t publish a price list, because your keepsakes are made for your wedding alone. Three things shape the price:

How many. Prices vary with quantity.
Which size. Bella, Bonita, Bella Heart, or a hat box in one of five sizes.
The finish. The rose colour and finish, the velvet, the foil, and any custom colour, typeface or monogram, or a back without our logo.

You receive one price that covers the keepsakes and their shipping to your door in Egypt. Egyptian import duties and taxes are not included: as the importer, you pay them on arrival, to customs or the courier. Extra details and special finishes are priced on top, so every price is made for your order. It reaches you on WhatsApp together with your proof and your delivery date, before anything goes into production. You pay by bank transfer, in euros.

Damage	We ship insured; the risk is ours until delivery. Send us photos, ideally within 48 hours. Your legal rights, including 30 days under Egyptian law, remain in full.
Changes	Until you approve your sample: anything. After that, until production starts: numbers up to 10% up or down (for 200 keepsakes: 180 to 220), but not below the minimum; a new wording or colour at the cost of a new proof and, if needed, a new sample.
Cancelling	Until you confirm your order: you are not committed and owe nothing beyond your €50 sample. After you confirm it, until production starts: only the costs we have already incurred, deducted from your deposit; we refund the rest. Once production starts: the full amount. We tell you on WhatsApp or by email when it starts.
Returns	Personalised keepsakes cannot be returned unless faulty.

Order terms for Egypt

Your questions

What does it cost?

Your price depends on the quantity, the size and the finish you choose; extra details and special finishes are priced on top. It is one price for the keepsakes and their shipping to your door in Egypt. Egyptian import duties and taxes are not included: you pay them on arrival. Send us your date and an idea of numbers on WhatsApp and we will come back to you with your price.

Why is there a minimum?

Because each order is made for your celebration alone: your rose colour, your velvet, your names in foil, proofed, sampled and assembled by hand, then shipped to Egypt. Much of that work happens once per order, whatever its size. So we begin at 100 keepsakes for your guests, or 25 for a family & VIP set, and at 10 hat boxes for your tables. If your khotoba, katb el-kitab, henna and wedding each call for keepsakes, they can share one order.

Can our order cover more than one celebration?

Yes. One order can cover your khotoba, katb el-kitab, henna and wedding, with a different wording or size for each. We make everything together and deliver it in one delivery, so we plan from the date of your first celebration.

Can we see one before we order?

Yes, in two steps. First a digital proof on WhatsApp: free, with two rounds of corrections. Then a sample: one finished keepsake in your design, so you can hold it, see the colours in daylight and check your names. The sample costs €50, paid in advance. We arrange its shipping and import to you from start to finish, and the full €50 is credited against your order.

Do you deliver in Egypt, and who pays the import duties?

Yes, to your door in Egypt, and the shipping is included in your price. You are the importer: Egyptian import duties and taxes are charged to you on arrival, by customs or the courier, before the parcel is handed over. Egyptian customs may also ask for the recipient’s identity or tax details; we tell you in good time what is needed. We agree a delivery date at least three weeks before your wedding, and everything arrives in one delivery.

How far ahead should we order?

As early as you can. From your approval of the sample, count on about two weeks of production and 20 days of shipping, around five weeks in all, and before that come your proof and your sample. We agree a delivery date at least three weeks before your wedding. Send us your date and we will tell you when to begin.

How do we pay, and in which currency?

By bank transfer, in euros. The sample (€50) is paid in advance. Once you approve it, you pay 50% of your order on receipt of our invoice, and the balance before your keepsakes are shipped. We set this out in your order confirmation, which you confirm on WhatsApp or by email.

Can we change our numbers, or cancel?

Yes. What is possible depends on the stage your order is in:

Before you approve your sample, nothing is fixed and you can change anything. Until you confirm your order, you can also decide not to go ahead, owing nothing beyond the €50 sample.
After you approve your sample, until production starts, your guest numbers can still change by up to 10%, as long as the order doesn’t fall below the minimum. For 200 keepsakes, that means anything from 180 to 220. Guest lists change, and this margin is there for exactly that. By then your order has been scheduled, which is why the margin is 10% and not more. A new wording or colour is possible too, at the cost of a new proof and, if needed, a new sample. If you cancel after confirming your order, you pay only the costs we have already incurred: we deduct them from your 50% deposit and refund the rest.
Once production starts, your keepsakes are being made with your names, so the full amount is due if you cancel. We tell you on WhatsApp or by email when production starts, so you always know which stage you are in.

Because they carry your names, personalised keepsakes cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Will our names be spelled correctly in Arabic?

Arabic names are checked by a native speaker before anything is produced. We then send you a digital proof on WhatsApp, with your names exactly as they will appear in foil, and two rounds of corrections are included. Please check every letter together: nothing goes ahead until you approve it in writing, and a WhatsApp message is enough. Groom first or bride first, full names or initials, Arabic or English: you choose.

Will the colours look the way they do on screen?

Screens differ, so the colours you see online are a guide. The photograph of the real rose is the reference, and your approved sample is the standard for your whole order. Every rose is real, so expect small differences in shape and shade from one to the next.

Will it last in Egypt’s heat and humidity?

Kept out of direct sunlight and moisture, a preserved rose stays beautiful for years. In practice that means indoors, away from a sunny window and away from damp. It never needs water. In direct sun its colour fades over time, though the rose itself does not wilt. If you are planning an outdoor or seaside celebration, tell us about the setting and we will advise.

What if something arrives damaged?

We ship insured, and the risk is ours until your keepsakes reach your door. Every order of keepsakes also includes spares with your names: 2% extra, rounded up, and at least one. So a knock in transit need not leave a guest without one. If the outer box looks damaged on arrival, please note it with the courier. If anything inside is damaged, send us photos on WhatsApp, ideally within 48 hours, and we will put it right with a replacement or a credit. This does not affect your rights under Egyptian law, including 30 days to have a faulty or damaged piece replaced or refunded.

Yes, please do. Talk to us on WhatsApp about your couple’s date, numbers and colours, and we will work through the proof, the price and the delivery with you.

Is it a real rose?

Yes. Each Memento holds a real preserved rose, and it never needs water. For the Bella Heart and the Bonita, the rose is shaped by hand with extra preserved petals, every one of them real. Every Memento is assembled by hand in the Netherlands.

What can we write on it?

Your names, your wedding date, or both, but you are not limited to these: a line of your own works just as well. In Arabic or English, in gold or antique gold foil, or a foil chosen to suit your colours. Our online preview takes up to 24 characters, enough for “Omar & Laila · 2027”. Longer lines, other typefaces and your own monogram we work out with you; a monogram reaches us as an .svg file.
