Order terms for Egypt

Wedding keepsakes · Version 2 October 2026

These terms explain how ordering wedding keepsakes from Bloomissimo works, from your first design to delivery at your door in Egypt. They apply together with your personal order confirmation. Please read them before you confirm your order. We send them to you with your order confirmation, so that you have them in writing.

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under Egyptian law. Where we write "please" or "ideally", we are asking for your help so that we can act quickly. It is never a condition for your rights.

At a glance

1. Who we are

Bloomissimo B.V.

In these terms, "we" and "us" means Bloomissimo B.V. "You" means the person who confirms the order: usually the couple, or a family member ordering for them.

2. What we make

Keepsakes. A real preserved rose under a clear acrylic lid on a velvet base, with your names and wedding date in gold foil on the front.

Hat boxes. Round boxes with a lid, in five sizes holding from 7 to 100 preserved roses, with your names or chosen wording on the front.

Logo. The Bloomissimo logo goes on the back of your keepsakes and hat boxes. By arrangement and for a supplement, we can replace it with your own monogram or leave it off.

Real roses. Every rose is a natural product. Small differences in shape, shade and size, between roses and compared with your sample, are part of their character and are not a defect. Colours on a screen are a guide. Your approved sample is the reference for colour and finish.

Minimum quantities.

Keepsakes and hat boxes each have their own minimum: they are not added together to reach one. One order may combine several celebrations, different wordings and different sizes. Everything arrives together in one delivery.

3. Your digital proof

4. Your sample

5. Your order confirmation

After you approve your sample, we send you a personal order confirmation. It sets out:

Our agreement is made when you confirm this order confirmation in writing. A message on WhatsApp or by email is enough. If your order confirmation contains a specific arrangement that differs from these terms, the order confirmation applies.

6. Price and payment

- a 50% deposit after you approve your sample; - the balance before we ship.

7. Delivery

8. Spare keepsakes and damage in transit

9. Changes

Until you approve your sample, you can change anything in your design.

After you approve your sample, and until production starts:

Before we make any change, we tell you what it costs and whether it affects your delivery date.

When production starts. Production starts when, after you have confirmed your order and paid the deposit, we begin buying or preparing materials for your order. We tell you by WhatsApp or email when production starts.

After production has started, we can no longer promise changes. Ask us, and we will tell you what is still possible and what it would cost.

10. Cancellation

These cancellation costs apply when you cancel for your own reasons. They do not apply if you cancel because of something we did wrong, for example if we deliver later than the agreed date (section 7) or if what we deliver is not as agreed (section 11).

11. Made for you: returns and your legal rights

Made to your specifications. Egyptian consumer law usually lets you exchange or return a product within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, and cancel a purchase made at a distance within 14 days of receipt (Articles 17 and 40 of Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018). These rights do not apply to products made to your own specifications, as long as they match those specifications (Articles 17 and 41). Your keepsakes and hat boxes carry your names and are made to your design, so they cannot be returned or exchanged because you have changed your mind. If your order includes an item that is not personalised or made to your specifications, the 14-day rights do apply to that item.

If something is wrong. If a product is defective, damaged or not as agreed, meaning that it differs from your approved proof or sample, Egyptian consumer law gives you the right, within 30 days of receiving it, to have it replaced or to return it for a refund (Article 21). These terms do not limit that right, or any other right the law gives you.

How to tell us. Send us photos on WhatsApp or by email, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. The sooner we know, the better the chance that we can still put it right before your wedding. A later report does not take away your rights.

12. Caring for your keepsakes

Fading caused by direct sunlight, and damage caused by water or moisture, are not defects in the product.

13. Privacy

How we use your personal data, including your names and wedding date, is explained in our Privacy notice.

14. Questions and complaints

If something is not right, or you have a question, please contact us first:

Tell us your names, your wedding date and what is wrong, with photos if you can. We will look into it and come back to you with a solution.

You can also turn to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency or to the courts. These terms do not limit that.

15. Applicable law

These terms and our agreement with you are governed by Dutch law. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you normally live, such as Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 (Article 6 of the EU Rome I Regulation).

16. Language versions and updates

These terms are available in English and Arabic, with the same content. If the two versions seem to differ, the reading more favourable to you applies.

We may update these terms for future orders. Your order is governed by the version we sent you with your order confirmation.
